Terms of Service

Effective: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DeeCi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service includes the DeeCi sovereign intelligence platform, Reach content distribution, and all associated tools and APIs.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account per person; shared accounts are prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful business purposes including content creation, distribution, and analytics. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform; use the Service to distribute harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data; resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

The DeeCi platform, its architecture, algorithms, and intelligence engine are proprietary. Content you create and publish through the Service belongs to you. Intelligence outputs generated for your account belong to you. The underlying system, its methods, and trade secrets remain the exclusive property of DTOS.

5. Connected Platforms

When you connect third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) through Reach, you authorize DeeCi to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted. You remain responsible for content published to those platforms. You must comply with each platform's terms of service independently.

6. Confidential Evaluation

During evaluation and early access periods, the Service and its capabilities are confidential. You agree not to publicly disclose performance characteristics, internal features, or architectural details without written permission. This does not restrict you from sharing your own published content or results.

7. Session Monitoring

For security and service improvement, all sessions are logged and monitored. This includes request classification, threat detection, and usage patterns. Monitoring data is subject to our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties.

8. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then deleted per our Data Deletion policy. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. This does not limit liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the province where DTOS is incorporated, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
